I’ve been to many storage units… without a doubt, taking away the hardships of moving from place to place the gentlemen that attended to my needs from day one, made my experience a very easy and pleasant one. In spite of the broken elevator and the inability to come in on the weekend is worth the effort because of Giovanni. I’d also like to mention that there was not just a professional demeanor about him but a personal one as well.From time to time I would be checked upon, asked if I needed help, water etc..
